REFUND POLICY

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Important: Please note that once your order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders at ArtemisPaw are processed immediately to ensure a timely delivery.

RETURNS  

Products eligible for return can only be returned for store credit, no refunds will be made. Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date to hello@ArtemisPaw.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in its original undamaged packaging.

Returns are only accepted for defective products. If your pet does not like the product or you ordered the wrong color/size, we reserve the right to offer you a discount on your next purchase.

Typing errors regarding customized products will only be replaced if the error was caused by us. Be careful when typing, please. 

We can't take back customized products.

All returns must include the original invoice or a note stating your full name, the email address provided at the time of order, and the order number.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns are offered as store credit only.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

You will receive an email notification when a store credit is processed. When you return an item for store credit, it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.

We also can't offer you a refund if you:

- Forget to enter parts of your address
- Your address was entered completely wrong
- You do not accept the package or do not pick it up in the parcel shop
- You enter a wrong email address and we can't contact you with issues or requests
- You do not answer to email requests regarding your uploaded photos (e.g. no photo uploaded or quality issues)
- Shipping is slow because of your countries shipping network (other countries than US, Canada, Australia, Europe)

If the package is returned, we will charge a $15 handling fee for each additional shipment.

We also can't give you a refund on digital articles. Like ebooks, videos, music, mp3 and manuals for example. 

In any case - please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
