Making an order with miibuddy.com is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!

On average, all email inquiries are answered within 48 hours after they arrive on business days.

We usually ship the day of purchase or on the next business day. If you place your order after 1pm CST or on the weekend, your order will ship the next business day.

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the entire process of your order, and to keep you in the loop.

Each order is unique and treated special by us, so the processing time depends on multiple factors; the type of order, when you placed it, destination country and many other factors. Remember that you cannot make any changes once you have placed the order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers have the right to request a product replacement within 5 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the associated costs of delivering a replacement. Please note that you must send a photo of the damage to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise we will not be able to accept the refund.

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Our couriers usually provide 3 delivery attempts before taking the parcel to their depots.
